Tzatziki Easy
A refreshing Greek side dish, often used as a dip.
Ingredients:
- 200g natural yoghurt
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 garlic clove, finely zested
- Juice from 1/4 of a lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon soy chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon of sumac
Method
Cut the cucumber in half lengthways and deseed.
Grate and combine with the other ingredients.
Season to taste and serve with warm flat bread.
