Turmeric and gojj smoothie

Serves 2

This is a lovely way to start the day and should keep you full and energised.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • 2 tblsp goji
  • 1 mango
  • 1 teaspoon
  • Of turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 50g cashews
  • 150ml coconut water (or just tap water)
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 lemon

Method

Soak the cashews, goji berries and oats the night before
Discard the soaking water and add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth
