Horseradish cream filled ham
This is very much inspired by a popular starter in the Czech republic. Make sure you use a good quality ham.
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 3 thick slices of ham
- 100ml creme fraiche
- Grated fresh horseradish to taste
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon of truffle honey
- Rocket to serve
Method
Combine the creme fraiche with the horseradish and salt to state
Slice the ham in half and brush one side with a dash of the truffle honey
Roll the ham and spoon or pipe in the creme fraiche mixture
Serve with freshly grated black pepper
