Watermelon and lavender sorbet
Use melons that areĀ small, full of flavour and you might not evenĀ need to add any sugar – completely healthy and good for you desserts!
Ingredients
- 500g of melon flesh
- 1 teaspoon of dried lavender buds
- 2 tablespoons of Triple Sec (optional)
- Sugar to taste (optional)
Method
Blend all the above and pop into a plastic tub and freeze.
No need to churn or stir this sorbet, the alcohol will keep it from freezing solid.
