Crispy tempeh
These make for wonderfully crispy vegetarian or even vegan treats.
Ingredients:
- 150g cubed tempeh
- 5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
- 5 tablespoons spelt flour
- Rose harissa to decorate (optional)
Method
Marinate the tempeh in the teriyaki sauce for a couple of hours
Dip in the flour and fry in hot oil until crispy all over
Serve
