Crab tagliatelle
As crab is in season, get hold of some fresh meat and enjoy in this delicious recipe.
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 200g fresh tagliatelle
- 100g white crab meat
- 50g brown crab meat
- 1 chopped red chilli
- 1 clove of garlic, sliced
- Large handful of chopped parsley
- Zest and juice from 1/2 lemon
Method
Cook your pasta
In the meantime, heat a glug of oil in a frying pan
Add the chilli and garlic and fry for 1 minute
Turn the heat down and add the crab meat to heat through
Add the juice and zest from the lemon and parsley and stir through the pasta
