Boozy jellies 2
Why not serve a cocktail as a dessert in the form of a jelly?
Serves 2-4
Ingredients
- 12 leaves of gelatine
- 300ml of Coke
- 100ml dark rum
- Zest of 1 lime
Method
Soak the leaves of gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes
Warm up the the Coke
Add the gelatine leaves (squeezed) and the rum
Leave to set int the fridge in a tray lined with cling film for 3 hours and then slice into cubes
Decorate with lime zest
