Baked cod
Cod is a meaty and rich fish, which takes on flavours well.
Serves 2
Ingrediens
- 2 fillets of cod
- 10 stems of purple sprouting broccoli
- 2 large knobs of butter
- 1 teaspoon of soya sauce (or tamari)
- Rocket
- 1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon od smoked paprika
Method
Preheat the oven to 200C
Combine the mixed herbs with the smoked paprika and a large pinch of salt
Sprinkle all over the fish
Place in a small baking dish with the butter, teaspoon of oil, soya sauce and broccoli
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through
Arrange on a plate with the rocket and drizzle the butter sauce over the fish
