This amount makes 4 large martinis

You need:

500ml pomegranate
1 shot (25ml) of Absinth
3 shots of Vodka
2 shots of Cassis

Juice of 1 bergamot
Fill a jug halfway up with ice and pour the ingredients over one at a time
Stir with a long spoon
Pour through a sieve into a martini glasses and enjoy
