Orange Jelly Easy
Very easy to make and delicious
Ingredients:
- 250ml water
- 250ml orange juice
- 75 castre sugar
- 4 leaves of gelatine
Method
Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water for 5 minutes
Pour the water and sugar into a pan and bring to a gentle boil until the sugar has dissolved and take off the heat
Remove the gelatine from the water, squeeze out any excess and add to the water
Stir until the gelatine has dissolved
Add the orange juice and pour into glasses or moulds
Keep in the fridge until set (2-4 hours)
