This is not a cream egg per say, but a rather delicious cocktail served in a chocolate, which makes for a delightfully sweet and booze end to a meal.
You will need:
4 measures of Baileys
2 measures of vodka
1 measure of strong coffee, cooled
Couple of ice-cubes per egg
Squirty cream, optional (but you will wan it)
1 dark chocolate Easter egg per person
Cut the top of the egg off
If the chocolate cracks, use a blowtorch to melt the chocolate and seal the crack
Mix the Baileys, vodka and coffee
Place the ice cubes in the egg and pour the boozy mix over
Top with the cream and serve
