This little morsels not only taste delicious, but are also a breeze to make. Whether you are cooking for someone special this Valentines day or just want to treat yourself and your friends to a drinks and nibbles party this dreary and cold January, make sure you give this canapé a try.

Serves 2

You will need:
100g feta
2-3 tablespoons of ricotta
1 Passionfruit, pulp scooped out
German rye or pumpernickel bread (we used a cookie cutter to create the perfect circles)
100g smoked salmon
3 sprigs of dill, chopped

Crumble the feta and mix with the ricotta until you get thick mousse consistency
Add the passionfruit and combine
Spoon or pipe on the rye bread, top with the smoked salmon and sprinkle with dill
