Roasted garlic Easy

Ingredients:

  • Garlic, whole bulb

Method

Preheat the oven to 200C

Drizzle the garlic bulb with oil, wrap tightly in foil and bake for 40 minutes

Leave to cool and squeeze the flesh and keep in the fridge.
Use in dressings, dips, pesto or basically any dish that requires garlic.

Roasting mellows the flavour and brings smoky notes to the dish.
